Froggin It Today!

Rip-it! Rip-it! Rip-it!
Sew! Sew! Sew!
Take time out to go to church!
Rip-it! Rip-it! Rip-it! again!
Stop off at the grocery store.
Sew! Sew! Sew! again, while watching Once Upon a Time.
Warm up leftover burritos which made hubby happy!
This is my day in a nutshell.

This is the wonderful tool I used for ripping out. It is an eyebrow razor that you can purchase at Walmart for 3 in a package at the make-up department. It works like a charm for ripping out.

Tah Dah! - My reworked improvisational house quilt!

Now I need to do three more paper pieced pointed borders and figure out how to use my paper pieced trees in it and determine what to add next. I am thinking about some colorful stars around the quilt or over the top and bottom.

Go to earlier posts to see the difference.

  1. Oh my stars!, Joanie, you are working on the cutest quilt! Those narrow tree blocks are just as adorable as your house blocks and that border you've done so far is just icing on this quilt cake! Love it!
